This rotation's FIT BIT is:
 
EAT a RAINBOW!!
 
Make sure you have a lot of colors on your plate.  You can get your rainbow from eating more fruits and vegetables.  Try a different color for each meal.  Her are some examples:
RED - strawberries, raspberries, cherries, apples, tomatoes, red peppers
ORANGE - carrots, sweet potatoes, oranges, mangos
YELLOW - bananas, corn, pinapple, apples, asparagus
GREEN - apples, grapes, peppers, broccoli, beans, peas, asparagus, brussel sprouts
BLUE - blueberries
PURPLE - grapes, eggplant
