The Fez Hopewell Township
Registration begins Friday, November 14th and ends November 28th at midnight. Registration can be completed by following the semi-formal link below or on the high school’s webpage. Fill out the information completely. Do not leave any fields blank. Your registration will not be considered complete until payment has been received from PayPal via the online form. Any students with OBLIGATIONS must have those resolved prior to receiving their ticket and seating codes. If your name appears on THIS LIST please see Mrs. Signorelli, Mr. Smith, or Mr. Nelson for additional information.
Seating reservations will begin on December 4th and end on December 8th at midnight. Any student who has purchased a ticket but has not reserved a seat will be assigned seating by the sponsors. Please follow the directions below to reserve your seat at the table of your choice. The seating codes can only be used once so you only have one chance to select a seat. Once you have submitted your selection you will not be able to change it. We will fill incomplete tables as needed. Once reservations are complete the final seating list with table numbers will be posted on the website.
Please follow the instructions to ensure a successful reservation.
- Review the table reservations prior to submitting your reservation.
- Determine your desired table and ensure there are spaces available. (Blank Entries)
- Enter your first & last name as well as one of your seating codes.
Select your table.Click "Submit"Review your selectionRepeat the process for your date using their name. A unique seating code must be used (also on the ticket).Table reservations are final
- The seating codes are located on the back of your ticket. If you are bringing a date there are 2 unique codes, one for you and one for your date.
- None of the codes contain the letter "O". Any resemblance to the letter is actually the number zero (0).

Tickets will be passed out during lunch periods on December 4th, 5th, and 6th. The signed receipt you received in your email must be presented to pick up your tickets. If your date is currently attending another high school, the signed permission slip from the principal must also be presented. You will not be issued a ticket if you are on social suspension or have student obligations.
You must present your ticket at the door to enter the dance.
Pictures will begin at 4:15 pm at the Fez. Couples should arrive by table number to have their pictures taken. This will reduce the wait time in line. The PICTURE FORM and payment are both due when the pictures are taken. Please ensure the picture form is printed and filled out.
