Bruster's Ice Cream Sale

Service Learning is sponsoring a Bruster's Ice Cream sale on Thursday, November 15th, Grief Awareness Day, during periods 8 & 9.  Funds are being raised to support the Highmark Caring Place.  Flavors available are vanilla, chocolate, oreo, mint chocolate chip and blue pop each selling for $2.00 a piece.  Presale tickets are available in room 107 - Hurry and get your orders in!

Yearbook Distribution

Attention all students:  The 2018 yearbooks are in!  Yearbooks will be distributed during the lunch periods in the cafeteria.  The yearbook distribution will begin on Tuesday, November 13, and will conclude on Thursday, November 15.   In addition, yearbooks will be distributed on those same mornings before school at 7a.m. in the cafeteria.  If you did not order a yearbook, you may purchase one for $85 on a first come first served basis, while supplies last.  If you have any questions, please see Mr. Toney.  Thank you.

Beginning on Monday, the high school will be in a window for an unannounced active shooter drill.  An announcement will be made when a drill is to happen.  An air horn will be used as a substitute for gunfire.  All students and staff will act accordingly based on ALICE training.  Individuals evacuating the building will not leave the property, but will go outside like a fire drill and wait there until the all clear is given to return to classes.  Students are reminded to act quickly and with a purpose, but not to damage any property of cause injuries.
