Greater Pittsburgh Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Visits Hopewell

Greater Pittsburgh Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine spent the day with Hopewell High School Physical Education students. Craig Biller, Physical Therapist and the owner of Five Points Sports Training and Fitness, fellow Physical Therapist and Hopewell graduate, Madison Sepp, Robert Morris student Cole Blake, and Hopewell student Derrick Symzoski led the students through a variety of fitness stations during their Physical Education classes.

The nine circuit stations consisted of bosu ball hop-overs, medicine ball lunges, wall sits, agility ladder drills, jump ropes, burpees, walk outs with mini bands, power ropes, and mini hurdles. To top that workout off, the class ended with a “killer” series of plank and abdominal exercises.

The students definitely were challenged to exceed their fitness and athletic goals during the workout presented by Craig and his crew.
