Hello! My name is Will Enders, the new Physical Education Teacher at Independence and Margaret Ross. I hope to build on the successes of last year and expand in ways that will help your children carry over what they have learned in Physical Education.

               I am very excited to teach your child this school year. I feel Physical Education is a great tool that can be used to enhance classroom learning as well as lifelong learning. Your child will be introduced to a number of activities that will help them to lead an active and healthy life.

               As a safety concern, tennis shoes/ sneakers with laces or Velcro are required. Too many accidents, such as losing a shoe and sprained ankles, occur due to improper attire. Also make sure your child is wearing clothing that will allow them to participate in movement activities such as crawling, rolling, and other locomotor movements. If you would like to contact me my email address is [email protected].
