PLEASE NOTE: 

A student’s absence from school to attend a routine doctor, dental or eye doctor appointment does not constitute a full day excused medical absence.  Should multiple appointments be scheduled on the same day, resulting in a student missing a full day of school, a note from each provider should be obtained and submitted within three days of the child’s return to school.  If not, the day will not be recorded as a legal absence.
