Mr. Pelino is a 1978 graduate of the Hopewell Area School District. Upon graduation he joined the United State Marine Corps and served until 1981. He also served in the Air National Guard with the 171^st Consolidated Aircraft Maintenance Squadron in Pittsburgh from 1985 through 1989.

Mr. Pelino has been with the Hopewell Area School District since 2004 as the Director of Buildings and Grounds. He has an associates degree in specialized technology in the Aeronautical Maintenance Program. He holds an Airframe and Power Plant License in the aviation field.

Prior to coming to Hopewell, Mr. Pelino worked for USAirways from 1986 through 2004, with the last four years assigned to Facilities Maintenance, where he executed orders for all maintenance on hangers and, at the time, the most advanced automated belt system for passenger luggage.

Being a 1978 Hopewell graduate, along with being a member of the community, gives me the motivation and desire to make a difference in education by providing a clean and safe environment for all students, staff and members of the community.
