Attendees
All Hopewell juniors and senior students are invited to attend the dance.

Students in grades 9 and 10 may only attend if they are the guest of a Junior or Senior

If two students attend as a couple, one student must be a Hopewell High School Junior or Senior
--
All attendees must be 20 years old or younger.

Dates from other school districts are ARE PERMITTED as long as they meet age and behavior guidelines
Tickets
Sales: March 13-27
Cost: $75.00 per person
Online sales and registration only.

After purchase, you will print all necessary permission slips available on the Documents page.

Please complete and hold on to these forms until ticket distribution is announced. All forms will be
turned in when you pick up your tickets.

Tickets are Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable and must be presented at the door.
Times
4:15 PM - Students may begin arriving at the venue

4:30 PM - Red Carpet Event

8:15 PM - Dessert

10:30 PM - Dismissal
Students must stay at the dance until 10:15 PM, the dance will end at
10:30 PM.
Students will only be able to leave prior to 10:15 PM if arrangements are
authorized in advance
with the high school principal and must be for a valid reason
Seating
No reserved seating will be made. Seating will be on first come first served basis.
Processional
Processional will take place at the Marriott beginning at 4:30 PM

All students attending prom will provide their own transportation to and from the prom

Formal pictures will be taken at the Marriott by James Bango.

Online Prepay
The online prepay allows you to purchase your packages online with a credit card. The prices are the same as our order form and the prepay remains online until 1 day after the pictures are taken. You receive a free digital (web use only) image when you prepay online. If you prepay, you still must either print out the confirmation from prepaying, and hand that to our photographers when we take the student’s picture, or fill out the order form and write the prepay code on your form. We do receive the information when you prepay online.

In Person Option
Order forms will be distributed with the tickets and will also be available at the venue. Cash (exact change) and check payments are accepted. Photography by James will email links after the pictures are taken, if you would like the link, please provide your email address on the form, even if you do not wish to prepay, you may still view the proofs once they are posted if you provide an email address on your order form.
