I am a Hopewell Area School District graduate that grew up in Raccoon Township. I graduated from Geneva College with a B.S. in Mathematics Education. I have been teaching mathematics and science at Hopewell Memorial Junior High School since 2001.
The grade a student earns in class is based on a total point system. Each homework, project, report, quiz and exam is assigned points based on level of difficulty.
Quizzes, exams and homework assignments will be posted on the white boards in my room as well as on this website.

Homework will not be accepted late.
If the student is absent the day an assignment is due, the student is required to turn in the assignment the day the student returns.
If the student is absent the day an assignment is given, it is the responsibility of the student to see me. We will make arrangements for the students to make up the assignment and it must be turned in on the date specified by me.
