Lady Viking's Food Truck Frenzy

The Lady Viking's Food Truck Frenzy will take place Tuesday, October 19th from 4-8 at the Football Stadium Lot. We have a great line up of trucks and the Lady Vikings will be selling pop, hot chocolate, and cider.  Please come and support our Lady Vikings Basketball team and enjoy a fun and delicious meal.  The food trucks will include Taqueria Acosta, Cousins Maine Lobster, Two and a Half Greeks, Tour De France, Burster's, Emporio Meatball Truck and Steel City Fries.

ACT-SO Virtual Kick Off Event

Each year, high school students across the country start a journey to sharpen their skills through the Afro-Academic, Cultural, Technological and Scientific Olympics (ACT-SO). From visual arts and business to performing and culinary arts, participants work with community-based volunteers for a year to develop projects and performances. The experience culminates in local and national events where students compete for scholarships and other rewards.  Read the full article for additional information.

Safe2Say Something

Safe2Say Something is a youth violence prevention program run by the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General. Safe2Say Something (S2SS) teaches youth how to recognize warning signs and signals, especially within social media, from individuals who may be a threat to themselves or others and to “say something” BEFORE it is too late.
